ENHANCED PAYMENT EXPERIENCE
After the identification of the users’ requirements, we developed a series of proposals, which implied adjustments from the point of view of usability, as well as updating the visual experience to account for -and reduce- the anxiety generated by certain user interactions.
We discovered that most of the pain points originated from a distrust of the system. Therefore, we worked on creating more intuitive and autonomous interfaces, with labels and contextual help readily available, providing a greater sense of security to the user.
