We listened to the workers and patients of the Hospital del Trabajador and we realized that they need the waiting room to be a space where they can solve doubts about the service and technical aspects, where it is possible to make accessibility, audio and video adjustments, where they are be able to know how much it will be the waiting time and that they will be notified in a timely manner when it is their turn.

Also, where they can see the latest ACHS publications and learn a little more about health topics.

FLUID RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

When entering the teleconsultation, patients can see their health professional in a space similar to a doctor’s office, giving greater professionalism and neutrality to the session. In addition, they can share documents with their results, receive prescriptions and medical orders in a timely manner, and have the support of ACHS in case they require technical support.

At the end, they can receive a copy of the chat with the professional if they wish.
