WE CONDUCTED IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS TO LEARN THE BANK’S REALITY NATION WIDE. IN ALIGNMENT WITH HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN PRACTICES, WE WANTED TO DISCOVER THE RELATIONSHIP OF PEOPLE TO BANKING, THEIR FINANCIAL GOALS, AND THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE UNDERBANKED.
